Making A Purchase Our catalogue contains products of an adult nature. All customers must be 18 years of age or older. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old. The customer is responsible for importation of products into their own country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements of that country.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, just contact us by email and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All parcels are sent by recorded & insured services, which means they won't be left on the step or with neighbours and confidentaility is assured. Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours, usually same day if ordered before noon. If items are out of stock we expect to dispatch them within 12 days, usually much quicker. We will inform you if there is likely ot be a delay. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, then Royal Mail will keep the package for 7 days awaiting your collection before returning them to us. Parcel Force will keep the package for 5 days before returning. We reserve the right to pass on an additional shipping charge when remote areas of the UK incur a surcharge from the couriers. We will inform you before dispatch. |
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the next business day. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
You must inform us within four working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team by email quoting your name, order number and details of the product/s. Goods must then be returned within 28 days, using the following address: Returns, Good Sensations, PO Box 228, Hitchin, Herts, SG4 0WW
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the full cost of the item. We will only refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling the whole order, so please mention this when cancelling your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable if you are returning part of an order.
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or gift vouchers. Goods returned for exchange or gift vouchers must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for three months from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free.You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Please note:Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance and/or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering. Due to hygiene reasons, sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie (if the tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Due to the health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not faulty, the following terms have to be met:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If on inspection we find that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
